3YO Training camps offer’s a triathlon training weekend to remember. We have planned a weekend full fun and hard yards. Swimming with the sun on your back, to be in a state of the art 50m outdoor pool, otherwise open water swimming in the dam of a beautiful wine estate. Cycling will include some of the most scenic rides in the world with views of surrounding mountains and vineyards. Running free to guarantee some awesome landscapes like a nearby nature reserve.

Black horse

Our main accommodation is conveniently located at the Black Horse Centre, has stylish, well-appointed en-suite accommodation. Colourful and contemporary, the feature of each room is a large format image of Cape flowers, whilst the windows frame the gorgeous backdrop of the Stellenbosch mountains beyond. The Black Horse Accommodation is the perfect base for athletes who wants to be close to the sports facilities and close to the town center. Location The Black horse is located only 30 min drive from Cape Town International Airport. Just a 5 minutes walk from center of Stellenbosch and 20 minutes drive from the nearest beach. Centre facilities on your doorstep, restaurants , coffee shops, shops, car rentals and a travel agency. Off-site Gym, pool, sport fields, athletic track within walking distance Our partner BMT bike shop is next to the complex. We start most of our training sessions from this location.
