Testimonials
-10 Celsius & 70km/h wind in Geneva - makes one want to go to some sunny, warm place... Escape to South Africa for some cycling & running with Annchen Clarke (Kona World Championships finisher) and Bram Peereboom(MTB champ) - these two make the most amazing training camps! Top-notch coaching, assured security (in SA!) and a lot of extra attention: sharing with us a bit of their South African dolce vita (wine, wine and more wine!) <3 Dankie Annchen & Bram!
In case you were wondering I did sneak in some time for my iron man training in South Africa! Overdue thank you to Bram & Annchen for arranging out cycling, swimming & running adventures and taking me in as part of the family! I had such a wonderful time, despite having a little too much wine the day before! All my love!
Training in Stellenbosch is a MUST for all triathlon or multisport athletes! Annchen & Bram are super hosts and coaches offering a really focused and personal training camp. I could not recommend more packing your bike up and heading to 3YO in the stunning Western Cape with first class international athlete facilities. You may even bump into a pro-star or two!
There is no denying that every trip changes our way of thinking and seeing the world. It is almost impossible to travel to a different place, to experience new things, to live incredible adventures and then to remain as if nothing had happened. An internal click type occurs! But surely travel is striking in different ways: some are more philosophical and make you rethink your life; while others take your breath away and leave you full of adrenaline. There are priceless experiences, and one of them this time was to practice triathlon in an incredible place and counting on the great help of a local specialized company, the @3yo_trainingcamps
