Triathlon camp

3YO Training camps offer’s a triathlon camp to remember. We have planned a packed training week full fun yet hard yards. Swimming with the sun on your back, to be in a state of the art 50m outdoor pool, otherwise open water swimming in the dam of a beautiful wine estate. Cycling will include some of the most scenic rides in the world with views of surrounding mountains and vineyards. Running free to guarantee some awesome landscapes like a nearby nature reserve.

The experience will include: unlimited use of pool and gym, building /boxing of your bike, safari drive, fun wine tasting outings and day trip to Cape town. We take out the headache of planning your training holiday from transfers to/from the airport and between activities to your accommodation for the week.

The training camp activities are subject to weather conditions and no swim, cycles or run are compulsory. Additional training camp dates pre/post date of arrival or departure can be accommodated at additional fix price per day. We further are willing to help with any advice or booking of additional activities pre, during or post the training week.
