Long group ride

On Saturdays we will have a long group rides at 7:00 AM from BMT, Stellenbosch. The ride is mostly supported by a safety vehicle  driven by 3YO. So we can pick up riders and repair minor bike issues on site.

Our goal is to have a safe and nice long ride (+/- 100 km). Faster riders can go ahead, the support vehicle always stays at the slowest rider.

We want to ride through the beautiful landscapes of the western cape, coastal rides (Rooi Els) , mountain passes (Franschhoek pass), Winelands (Prisonloop). Members of 3YO and BMT are free to join (give us your phone nr, so we can add you to the group app for latest info).

Non members can join, we just ask R50 for the support vehicle and the driver
