Nestled between Simonsberg mountain and Jonkershoek the villa is situated in a quiet suburb of world renowned Stellenbosch with its university hub, museums, restaurants and café life. Just a 10 minute walk from the pool, the gym and the track.

The villa can be accommodated with three distinct living areas. The design of the villa is ideal for teams and groups as there is spaciousness for interactive activities or private time apart. The configuration of beds is interchangeable from kind size to single beds for 4 rooms. The garden can be used both collectively or separately depending on the configuration of the group. The large swimming pool can be used for recovery and there is a spare room which can be used as a bike storage. There are two distinct barbeque areas. Private balconies lead off the two upstairs living areas and bedrooms.

Guests have access to the full property with all its living spaces and amenities.

The villa is fully equipped and furnished with three living areas, two kitchens, two laundy rooms, balconies, patios, barbecue areas, garden, cable TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, under floor heating, fire place, large swimming pool and gym.

Daily housekeeping services are included in the daily rate providing 2 hours of housekeeping. A night on site security attendant is included in the daily rate.
