Have you secretly dreamt of doing a triathlon but didn’t know how to start or believe you could? Think its impossible? We have just the race for you to break your limits. Fedhealth XTERRA Grabouw is the biggest XTERRA event in the world, with over 2000 XTERRA warriors battling it out. Tough yes but not impossible. We will show you how. 3YO offers a free 16 week personalised training program, coaching, swim, bike and run sessions. Our coaches will answer all your questions related to what you need to know about swim, bike, run, nutrition and know-how for planning your big event.

3YO Training camps together with partners BMT, Francois Retief recovery, Maties Gym and Fedhealth in Stellenbosch have created the ultimate XTERRA training package ……and it won’t cost you a cent…yes, it’s FREE!

Who are we looking for…..

  • Beginners who want to do their first off road triathlon (Xterra)

  • Athletes who can join our swim, bike and run sessions in Stellenbosch

  • You are willing to write a small weekly diary about your training week / progress

  • You are currently not a member of a triathlon club and you want to break your limits


What we offer you to breaking your limits

  • 16 weeks FREE membership of Maties gym. Including all gym sessions and unlimited access to the gym and the pool
