Let our bike-fit guru and in-house Biokineticist Luan Smit take you under his guidance with a bicycle fitment and pedaling assessment using our SRM indoor trainer. A 45 minute session will involve adjusting and measuring so you have your setup spot on and Luan monitoring stroke to help with power and efficiency as well as injury prevention and recovery. A full report of your session is provided with areas of focus and and strengthening exercises.
